Insulation Services in Manchester
Loft insulation and draught proofing for Manchester homes and rental properties, fitted cleanly, finished tidily, and keeping the warmth where it belongs.
Warmer Buildings Start at the Top
A large share of the heat a home loses escapes through an under-insulated loft. Many Manchester properties still have a thin, decades-old layer up there, doing a fraction of the job. Topping it up is one of the most straightforward improvements a building can get, and one of the quickest to pay for itself in lower heating bills.
What We Install
We lay mineral wool loft insulation between and over the joists, top up existing layers to the recommended depth, insulate loft hatches so the last gap is closed, and fit draught proofing around doors and windows where cold air is finding its way in.
The Energy Saving Trust publishes independent guidance on recommended insulation depths and what the work involves, which you can read on the Energy Saving Trust site. We work to those recommendations and will tell you honestly if your loft is already up to standard and needs nothing.
Fitted Clean, Left Clean
Insulation work has a reputation for mess. We are a cleaning company first, so the job is done the way we would want it done in our own homes. Dust sheets down before a single roll comes up the ladder, offcuts and packaging bagged and removed, and the landing and stairs vacuumed before we leave. The only sign we were there is a warmer house.
For Landlords and Property Managers
Cold rooms breed condensation, and condensation breeds mould and complaints. Proper loft insulation, paired with sensible ventilation, keeps rental properties warmer and drier and keeps tenants happier. We already look after rentals across the city through our residential cleaning and property maintenance services, and insulation slots naturally into the same visit planning.
